The ancient oil seed camelina Sativa was first grown 3000 years ago by our European ancestors. It has been reintroduced by Jamie & Josie at STIX farm in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.
The crop is cultivated and harvested by Jamie, then locally cold-pressed, helping to conserve the high levels of omega 3 fats and vitamin E.
It's unique taste and high smoke point (245°c) make it the perfect choice for drizzling, roasting, frying, grilling or simply indulging in a teaspoonful.
