The ancient oil seed Camelina sativa was first grown 3000 years ago by our European ancestors. It has been reintroduced by Jamie & Josie at STIX farm in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.
The crop is cultivated and harvested by Jamie, then locally cold pressed, helping to conserve the high levels of Omega- 3 fats and Vitamin E.
It has a unique taste and high smoke point (245°c) making it the perfect choice for drizzling, roasting, frying, grilling or simply indulging in a delicious spoonful!
